About the Founder & Author

Heather Wilson is a wife, mom, foster mom, and servant to the Lord. With two sons and in the process of adopting a baby girl, her heart is overflowing with love. The only thing Heather loves as much as Jesus, her friends, and family is laughing. She is in awe of God’s reckless love, ad ability to heal the bound up and broken-hearted.

After getting married and adopting her now teenage son, she never had to think twice about leaving the workforce and staying home to raise their children. Becoming a foster parent was just one way she could love on babies without filling her home with more little toes than her husband could count.

She loves seeing God do His thing in the SOAR ministry (formerly GRACE ministry) where she continues to help facilitate a post-abortive Bible study. When the Lord broke Heather’s chains by healing her from the pain, guilt, and shame of her abortion, He lit a fire in her. The Holy Spirit developed a passion in Heather for helping women find healing and speaking out for the voiceless.

God has recently blessed Heather with a new adventure, Redeemed by Design. This is a small business that she started designing and producing Christian t-shirts. She is devoted to making shirts that equip believers to spread the Gospel and hope to the world around them.
